What to Expect During Your Meet & Greet
Important Disclosures
- This session is a Meet & Greet only. No examination, medical evaluation, diagnosis, or medical advice will be provided.
- Information discussed is general and educational in nature and not specific medical guidance.
- Many concerns may involve underlying medical or anatomical factors that cannot be assessed through a virtual platform.
- You must become an established patient and undergo an in-person examination before Dr. Isaacs can provide personalized recommendations or medical advice.
Surgical Planning
- Surgery cannot be definitively planned based on a virtual session.
- In some cases, a tentative surgical date may be reserved; however, all treatment plans are subject to change following an in-person evaluation, including the possibility that surgery may not be recommended.
- You will be required to arrive several days prior to any scheduled procedure for an in-person examination and final determination.
Fees
- The Meet & Greet fee is $350.
- This fee is non-refundable.
- This fee does not apply toward future procedures, treatments, or products.
If you choose to proceed with an in-person consultation instead of surgery, a $350 consultation fee will apply. This consultation fee may be applied toward a procedure if booked within 90 days.
Additional Policies
- A Meet & Greet does not guarantee candidacy for surgery, treatment, or acceptance into the practice.
- Following this session, it may be determined that the practice is not the appropriate setting for your care, and we may choose not to proceed.
- Any pricing discussed is preliminary and subject to change following an in-person evaluation.
- Participation in this session does not establish a physician-patient relationship.
